Arati Tandoori

We visit Arati regularly, eating in or taking away. The food is always amazingly tasty. The place is quiet, service is fast, and staff is polite. The food quality is high, reasonable prices. My favourite dish is chicken korma and lemon rice, chicken biriani and chicken shashlik are very tasty. We are very lucky to have such a great local restaurant.

Arati is an unassuming restaurant on a side road amongst other restaurants which has a traditional charm about it. Decor is traditional, which provides a great atmosphere compared to more modern clinical decors. The staff are friendly and very attentive. The menu has a wide choice to suit everyone and even a section titled "English"! Food is fresh and cooked to perfection. On street parking only, which is possible on the single yellow lines from 7pm.

I’m not gonna lie or exaggerate about this review. But hands down I’ve had the best chicken curry in the entire UK. Decent amount of food in my opinion very filling. Unforgettable taste. I’m looking forward to try other foods in from this amazing restaurant. So if you are reading this you should go and try. Thanks for amazing food and amazing customer service

I was craving take away on my way from work. I got chicken madras and rice for 10£. Fast service. Really really good. But feel so sorry for them as I was the only patron

I had lamb masala and pilau rice mmm so so nicely flavoured , naan bread lamb curry vegetable curry which was another dish I was pleasantly happy with
